Daylight Time Savings fix for Longitude 6.1.2, needed for when daylight savings time ends in November:
If this fix is not in place the Heroix Longitude Statistics Server and Heroix Longitude Upgrade Manager service will stop and will have to be manually started.

What happens to collections during Daylight Savings Time changes?
In order to prevent duplicate collection times, Longitude will not collect data twice when the clocks are turned back when DST ends.
