Longitude application monitoring DHCP servers using SNMP.
kb97: DHCP registration fails from a Windows XP Longitude agent.

The Longitude agent is not supported on Windows XP due to limitations on the number of connections Windows XP can make.

Registering the DHCP application using a Windows XP based Longitude agent will fail until you execute the following command:
netsh add helper dhcpmon.dll
