Longitude 6.3 is due to be released in a few months - it will include the following features:

  • Windows - network metrics in KB instead of packets

  • Ability to acknowledge Event Monitor events
  • On-demand auto-discovery
  • Automatic ping registration when Windows, Unix or NetworkDevice is registered
  • Simplified agent management
  • Better link visibility
• Bug fixes:
  • Wrong device appears in a view on the image option
  • Longitude Statistics Server Service Stops Running Intermittently (64 bit Only)
  • SLA reports display no data if time selection is used
  • Longitude installation on Windows 2008 R2
  • Jobs Failed Filter Does Not Work Correctly SQL2005
  • Incorrect Time Seen in WebUI
  • 64 bit Windows Agent displays unavailable status and is unable to collect data
