kb53: Forgot Web UI password

When installing Longitude and creating new Longitude users, you create a internal Longitude accounts associated with a valid email address.

If you forget the password for a Longitude user account, select "Forgot password" after supplying the Longitude account name.

You will receive an email at the email address used to setup Longitude with a new password.

Only use this method if you know email is working from Longitude, and if the account is not the first account created when you installed Longitude. If mail is not working for Longitude, or if you've forgotten the password for the first Longitude account, please post a request for support at the Longitude Ask The Community Forum.
