Meet the Longitude Gurus
Ken Leoni, Chief Longitude Guru
Ken's tenure at Heroix spans nearly three decades and includes tours of duty in IT operations, technical support, and sales. Ken combines his MBA background with years of working in the IT trenches to help our customers understand how they can utilize Longitude to solve real world problems and increase IT's value to the business.

Susan Bilder, Sr. Technical Consultant
Susan joined the Heroix Technical Support group in 1999. Susan specializes in Unix/Linux and assisting customers with VBS and Shell scripts, SNMP-related work, and OpenVMS. Aside from coursework in Windows and Unix technologies, Susan studied Geophysics at MIT and is currently pursuing studies in Information Science. Having spent 5 years as an Army Korean Language interrogator, Susan can also help customers order a drink or ask directions should they call our support line from Seoul.
Alison Murphy, Sr. Technical Consultant
Alison has been with Heroix since 2002, and has come to be our resident Exchange guru as well as an all-around Longitude configuration and Windows expert. Prior to joining Heroix, Alison attended Wheaton College where she earned degrees in Math and Computer Science. Alison is also a devoted sports fan and a reliable expert on all things related to the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots.
Chris Smith, Sr. Technical Consultant
Chris is an 8-year Heroix veteran whose area of focus includes consulting, implementation, customization, and training. Chris has a B.S. in Decision Science and Management Information Systems plus 15 years of experience in performance evaluation and capacity planning for customers world wide. He has traveled extensively throughout Europe, Asia, and Latin America for both business and pleasure.
