I am trying to set up the exchange logging file location but when i directed it to the exchange server logging shared folder it failed. please help me decipher what i need to do. I already installed the agent on that server.

Hi,

  1. Try the following from a command prompt on the Exchange Server.
  2. Winmgmt /resyncperf
  3. Then restart Windows Management Instrumentation from Services.msc.
  4. Try and Remonitor the Exchange Server.

For the tracking log can you please make sure you specified the path like the following \\servername\servername.log
