6.1.2: Daylight Savings Time fix

Daylight Time Savings fix for Longitude 6.1.2, needed for when daylight savings time ends in November:

If this fix is not in place the Heroix Longitude Statistics Server and Heroix Longitude Upgrade Manager service will stop and will have to be manually started.
To fix this issue, please do the following :

1. Grab the firenze-appman.jar file at HeroixDownload link
2. Save the file to the following folder: Longitude\appman\lib (overwrite existing file)
3. Grab the lib_status.xml file at HeroixDownload link (right-click on the link and choose Save Target As)
4. Save the file to the following folder: Longitude\appman\config (overwrite existing file)
5. Apply these files to all servers running Longitude
6. Then restart the Heroix Upgrade Manager service
