The following error is occurring when you attempt to drill down on a report using Longitude v6.2 build 493:

You attempted to access a page that does not exist. Please contact Heroix support if the problem persists.
HTTP Error code: 400
Request: /webui/Displays/Reports/ReportRun/linkReport.do
Message: Invalid path /Displays/Reports/ReportRun/linkReport was requested

To fix this issue, please do the following:

  1. Please stop the Heroix Longitude WebUI service from the Windows services applet
  2. Please go to the following location Longitude\tomcat\webapps\webui\WEB-INF\lib
  3. Rename the current file, firenze-webu-jap.jar to firenze-webu-jap.orig
  4. Please grab the new JAR file from this HeroixDownload link, and put the new file in this same location, Longitude\tomcat\webapps\webui\WEB-INF\lib
  5. Please then grab the updated XSL file from this HeroixDownload link (right-click and select Save Target As...), and put the new file in this location, Longitude\tomcat\webapps\webui\styles, please let it overwrite the existing file
    • Browser Tip: IE and Firefox assume the linked document is of type XML; simply save it that way and rename the file with extension "XSL" after deleting the original xhtmlReports.xsl file. If you're using Chrome, it will save the file with the correct .xsl extension automatically, according to the instructions.
  6. Please start the Heroix Longitude WebUI service from the Windows service applet
  7. Then log back in and try to run the report and drill down.
