Longitude 6.2 provides two default SLAs for all Longitude versions: Unix CPU SLA and Windows CPU SLA. These SLAs track the CPU performance on the first 5 Unix/Linux computers monitored, and the first 5 Windows computers monitored, respectively, and will display "degraded" if a tracked computer has CPU > 80% or "unacceptable" for CPU > 90%.

The default SLAs are display only for the Longitude Standard and Professional versions. The Enterprise version of Longitude provides the ability to create new SLAs, modify existing SLAs, and to trigger Longitude Events and Actions based on a state change in the SLA.
