kb100: Exchange registration does not return all Mailbox, Folder, and TrackingLog metrics

Starting with Longitude V4, Longitude performs a micro-collection for Mailbox, Folder and TrackingLog collections during registration and testing. These collections may take several minutes, and the micro-collection will verify that the collection can be performed without tying up agent resources.
